GTA Vice City is not one of the most popular action games on earth for nothing. Its fast-paced action, realistic violence, and impressive storyline have captured the heart of millions of gamers since it was first released in 2003. If you have never played GTA Vice City, we can categorically say you are looking out on a lot! Your mother probably told you that crime doesn't pay, but in this game, it is a thrilling way to make money! In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, you are a freshly-released ex-convict named Tommy Vercetti. You move around Vice City, a city that looks and feels like Miami. The game is basically in story mode, so you have to complete different missions as you progress. But if you do not pass a mission, don't worry. You still get to enjoy the game as the missions do not hamper gameplay, as Vice City does not have levels. It's violence all day in Vice City as you have to shoot rival gangs, steal cars, sell drugs, and do other illegal things for money. What do you need money for? Well, you would be given a house and clothes to start with but if you want to upgrade your drip, you definitely need some money. You also have to buy food, pay for a haircut and even hire a prostitute if you like (yes, there are prostitutes in the game who are famously known for walking very mechanically.) Game Mechanics Vice City is easy to play. Anyone who can control a mouse or a gamepad can definitely play GTA Vice City. Your main aim is to control Tommy, getting him into cars, and houses and guiding him through missions. However, when you are driving a car or any other vehicle, you will need to drive the car accurately with your controls else you will ram into walks and cans that will damage the car. Although the graphics are wack compared to the high-quality graphics you would get on games today, it's still pretty good, especially when you remember it was created almost 20 years ago! The soundtrack has been applauded by several gamers as being perfect, so we advise you use a good pair of headphones or a speaker to really get the juice out of this action game. One thing we like about this game is the aiming and shooting mode. This Rockstar game allows you to aim and fire like you are holding a normal gun so you can shoot perfectly. If you do not like strong language, then this game would be a bit inappropriate as a lot of cuss words are used both in text and character voices.
